Do you offer emergency or surgical procedures?

We do not offer the following services:

• Anything requiring a procedure

• Eye complaints

• OBGYN maternity/gynecologic complaints

• Pediatrics

• Any emergency like symptoms of heart attack, stroke or acute breathing difficulty

For any medical or surgical emergency please call your local emergency number.

Do you offer appointments outside your clinic opening times?

It depends on your needs and the availability of a physician. If it is a high priority physician will respond to you in 0 to 3 days. If it is a low priority it will go to weekly schedule.

Can I attend the clinic without a pre-booked appointment?

Same-day appointments may be difficult. If an opening is available we are happy to see. However, we request you to book an appointment in advance.

Do you provide prescriptions?

None currently. Our main goal is to provide you advise and guidance with treatment plan when you are not able to reach your local doctor.

What does a Hospitalist do?

Hospitalists are physicians whose primary professional focus is centered on the care of acutely ill hospitalised patients. They are trained in internal medicine. They will let you know when to see a specialist.

What does a Family Medicine Physician do?

Family Medicine Physician provides care to people of all ages. These generalists treat chronic conditions, evaluate symptoms, offer preventative care, and let people know when they need to see a specialist. They often work in OPD or office settings.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you book an appointment with us.

You may be asked to provide your name, age, e-mail address, and phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What rights you have over your data

If you have provided your personal data for the purposes of clinical assessment then you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
